1. The Promotion: The Promotion allows new clients of WorldSpreads ("WSP") introduced by The Welsh Wizard ("TWW") to receive a rebate of up to £250.00 ("the Cash Back") against realised trading losses incurred within the constraints below. |
2. General eligibility (a) The Cash Back is only available to WSP clients who open a WSP account AND open their first trade before 24th November 2006. (b) The Promotion is only open to WSP clients introduced to WSP by TWW |
3. The Cash Back basis (a) The Cash Back consists of a maximum rebate per account of £250.00 which may be applied towards settlement of any realised losses incurred on trading on the WSP account up to the close of business on 24th November 2006. (b) The cash back is cumulative, and cannot exceed an aggregate of £250.00 per account. (c) After the close of business on 24th November 2006 the Cash Back or any unused portion thereof will be deemed to have lapsed. (d) Any client taking advantage of the Promotion must have completed the full account application procedure of WSP, and may not avail him/her self of any or all of the Cash while his or her account is delinquent in any respect. It is the responsibility of the client to claim the cash back as it will not automatically be applied to offset losses. |
4. Particular eligibility (a) No more than one Promotion or Cash Back will be granted per household or extended family. (b) No offer of credit is implied by the Promotion. |
5. General WSP reserve the right to decide at their sole discretion to (i) accept and process applications under the Promotion; (ii) be the arbiter of any dispute under the terms of the Promotion (iii) govern the operation of all client accounts strictly in accordance with its Customer Agreement as published on Worldspreads.com. |
